LoadGuard

Born from Necessity.

Our family business, Bana King LLC, is a New Jersey–based exotic fruit exporter with deep roots in Ecuador’s banana trade.

When cargo was damaged, mishandled, or held up in transit, we were left reconstructing what happened after the fact — with no way to catch problems early and no way to prove our diligence. The tools we needed simply didn't exist.

I founded LoadGuard to build the system we desperately needed. A trustworthy, real-time record for every shipment — so any exporter, importer, carrier, or insurer can protect their cargo and prove what happened.

Our Mission

To become the single source of truth for shipment visibility and cargo integrity. Instead of forcing customers to reconstruct what happened after something goes wrong, LoadGuard builds each shipment's digital story as it happens — making global cargo movement more visible, accountable, and manageable at scale.

The idea for LoadGuard was born from my family's struggle in global trade. After our export business suffered immense losses from problems we could neither prevent nor prove, I knew there had to be a better way. My experience at McKinsey, Vapi.ai, and Microsoft gave me the conviction that technology could solve this — a trustworthy system for a safer supply chain.

I love solving hard, real-world problems. After graduating from NYU and working with the NSF I-Corps, I was searching for a challenge with real impact. Meeting Niazi, I saw it. As a hardcore engineer who immigrated from a rural family of 10 in India, building technology that helps people is what drives me.

Stop reconstructing what happened to your cargo. Start knowing.

Give every container the senses to feel its journey, the memory to record it, the voice to speak for it, and a witness to prove it.
